Someone once said to me, as long as you put your mind to what you want to accomplish and reach, you will be able to do it with a strong mindset. I got to admit, that's true.

“Life is all about discipline. With discipline, you can accomplish anything. Determine. Discipline. Do it.”

Motivation

The key to motivation is setting a goal. To find the goal, one must understand the purpose in life. What is your purpose in life? Who are you living for? Why are you living? Ask yourself these questions to find your goal in life. In life, it's not all about becoming successful. Living a life is to live to the fullest without any regrets. To live to the fullest without any regrets, find your goal.

Key number one, acknowledge your strength and weaknesses. Find the things in life you need to improve on. Ripping off a bandaid with no anesthesia does hurt. But after replacing it with a new patch, your scar will heal back to normal after applying new medications. Allowing yourself to change will provide a new life.

Second, find your goal. What are you striving for? What do you want to see in the future? When setting your goal, don't make it too impossible to accomplish. Sometimes, it's good to set small goals so that small steps can lead to giant leaps in the future. You may not see the full satisfaction now, but it will all pay off later on. As old people always say, you sow what you reap. If you sow thoroughly now and work hard, your positive outcome will show.

In the path of accomplishing your goal, I'm not going to lie. It's going to be hard in the beginning. But once you get it all into a good habit, it will become a daily routine you will follow. Following a schedule isn't that hard once you set off the marathon on the right foot.

Put yourself in the right position so that you can continue to strive on. Don't let other distractions pull you down. Be yourself and look toward the bright future.

A friend of mine once told me this:

When no one is around to help you,

I reach out my hand to you.

I won't let you make the same mistake again,

Because you're my friend.

I myself have been given a chance to restart,

so I must make the most of it.

I must make the most of it,

to help you my dear friend.

To help you stand on your own feet,

To walk on the right path.

You have to fight on.

Fight on.

Stand strong.

You can't give up.

Rip off the bandaid with no anesthesia.

It will hurt.

But I promise,

You will not regret it.

You will be relieved.

Trust me.

Start over.

Stand straight.

Fight on.

Because, the war has just started.

I will always be next to you,

My dear Friend.

Because my friend helped me stand up, it's now my turn to help you all stand up. Life is full of obstacles. Those obstacles are to help shape us into better humans. We must learn to accept our flaws and learn to shape ourselves. By creating a goal after acknowledging our flaws, we are setting the right foot, on the right path, to a good start in life.
