Morning Vibes with Fresh Starts

You wake up early morning and the first thing you expect to check is your phone. Any updates? Any news? Any messages? Why make life so stressful? Why make your life so hard when you have the choice to make it joyful and adventurous?
The first thing to do is wake up early. Wake up early enough to give yourself some thinking time. Give yourself enough time to meditate, eat a proper breakfast, and brush-up. I guarantee. Waking up an hour earlier than usual would be worth it. Giving yourself that much time in the morning will help set your day straight.
After waking up, start off your day with some meditation. Set an alarm that will give you about 15-20 minutes of thinking. In your meditation, think about how you're going to make your day the best day you have ever lived. Let the positivity sink into you. Breathe in. Breathe out. Some stretching along with the thinking also helps with relaxation and thinking.
When you're ready, make yourself a cup of fresh coffee or tea. If you're not allowed to have coffee, have some milk or juice. A little boost to your day may help you relieve stress and start it off with a good kick. I promise. Once the drink kicks in, your day will be more positive and bright.
Make sure to give yourself enough time to brush-up. Don't rush through your morning because you wake up late. Rushing won't make your day any better. Time management plays an important role when it comes to morning wake up routines. Set a good habit so that you could set your foot on the right path.

Be the one to grab onto the chance when you have it. Don't wait till the end and regret later for not living more brightly.
