Are you finding yourself yawning constantly during work, school or even just on a sunny bright day? After you ask yourself this. Ask yourself, how many hours of sleep have you been getting on a daily basis? 8 hours? 6 hours? 3 hours?

If you're getting 8 hours of rest each night and you still feel tired, there is another solution which will be mentioned in another post. But if you're getting an average of 3-5 hours on a daily basis, you need to tell yourself, get some sleep.

When I say, get some sleep, I seriously mean GET SOME SLEEP. Don't torture yourself by staying up till 3 in the morning to get work done. Don't stress about your work. You can worry about it the next day. Do as much as you can until you have to sleep. Go to sleep when you have the time. You can always go to sleep first and then wake up earlier than usual to finish your incomplete work.

I gotta admit. There was a while in my life where I slept on an average of 3-4 hours on a daily basis. I would wake up feeling very groggy and exhausted even when I got sleep. And then when I went to school, I didn't have a positive mindset to learn and I wasn't able to focus and absorb any learning information.

Don't beat around the bush to learn things the hard way. Set yourself a strict schedule to make into habit right now so that you won't keep wasting time.

Your body organs regenerate starting from 11pm-5am. Organs such as your liver, gallbladder, heart, lungs, and especially your kidneys need the time to rest and recover from the long exhausting day that you've experienced.

I started getting into a habit where I would sleep the latest at 11pm and wake up at 5:30 in the morning. An adult at least to survive and live more healthily needs about 6 and 1/2 hours-7 hours of sleep. With that much amount of sleep, you would be able to function better and think more positively.

Through experience, I guarantee you. Sleep will make your day better. Don't try to reverse sleep by sleeping right when you get home around 3-9pm. Sleep at 10 or 11 and then wake up early. With the power of sleep, it can also help reduce stress. By reducing stress, you would prevent heart failure and other sicknesses. It can also help build your immune system. A lot of doctors would always tell us to sleep when we get sick. Why? Because the way how we usually get sick is by not sleeping enough and stress.

Give your organs some of their free time. Don't make your body suffer. Instead, go to sleep and wake up with a bright smile early morning ready to fight the war.

"Sleep is that golden chain that ties health and our bodies together."
