Banana - Banana - Banana. Don't know how to get rid of your brown spotted bananas? You can turn them into the yummy looking banana bread. Banana bread is a healthy snack for after work, in the morning for breakfast, for even a midnight snack fi you're really craving it. It has a spongy taste to it. Some people prefer to have a more thorough, smooth, and spongy taste taste while on the other side, some other like to taste bananas throughout the spongy bread. This would then be made based on how the baker decides to mix the batter.

Baking banana bread is not that hard. In fact, it is one of the easiest and healthiest dessert recipes that are out there. You can easily bake it at night and wake up the next day to eat it for breakfast. The amount of calories isn't that high if you use specific ingredients.
Instead of using oil or melted butter, you can use yogurt in replacement. Using yogurt to substitute for oil would make the bread more fluffier and spongier. It also helps bring out a thick moisture texture for the bread.
Baking the banana will only require a couple ingredients.
- Bananas
- vanilla extract
- yogurt/melted butter
- eggs
- flour
- baking soda
- milk
By mixing the ingredients together, you would be able to easily make the batter and then pour it into the baking pan to bake. If you are a nut person like me, You could add a couple walnuts into the batter after adding it into the pan before baking.
